Landlords, homeowners, protect yourself!  Photo documentation of the material condition of your properties before and after occupancy can save you grief later.  It's also wise to photo document construction projects before, during and after in case you need to dispute quality or completeness.  Shoot your own, or hire me to shoot it for you, but be thorough and make sure you encode the date in the photo.

 

Commercial shoots are often more time consuming than portrait photography, but since it's irregular work, I generally charge the same prices.
